Support with In-Kind Donations

When you donate everyday essentials, you offer more than supplies — you offer care, dignity, and hope. Your generosity helps young people experiencing homelessness move one step closer to stability and independence.

What We Need Most

Currently, are biggest needs are hand warmers, laundry pods, adult men’s boxers and boxer-briefs, toilet paper, and food.

Across our housing programs, young people rely on SNAP (food assistance) benefits to help stretch their limited budgets and put food on the table. But with federal funding delays and reduced payments this month, many of those benefits are arriving late — or not at all. With your help, our staff are making sure no one goes hungry.

At our Drop-In Center, we’re also seeing more young people stop in for warm meals and snacks. For someone who’s been on the streets or just moved into housing, that simple act — a hot meal shared with people who care — can mean the world. Your food donations help us fill the gap, providing nourishment, comfort, and hope while federal aid catches up.

How to Donate Items

Donations can be dropped off Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 423 E. Cucharras St.

Prefer to give another way? Monetary gifts allow our staff to quickly purchase items that may not come in through donations, ensuring youth always have what they need when they need it.

Clothing & Used Donations:

We partner with Goodwill to provide free clothing vouchers for youth at The PLACE. Instead of relying on a limited supply of donated items, vouchers allow young people to shop for clothing that fits their size, style, and needs—while also practicing budgeting and financial skills. This approach gives youth dignity, choice, and empowerment, while helping us make the best use of our limited space.
